Art in Marshallton is proud to announce the 3rd annual Art in Marshallton: En Plein Air Painting Event, taking place on Friday, September 26th, and Saturday, September 27st, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Art Show & Reception will be held on Sunday, September 28th from 1 – 3 p.m. (location TBD). This exciting event will bring together artists & photographers, nature enthusiasts, and the local community to celebrate the beauty and creativity surrounding us.
En Plein Air, a beloved artistic tradition, invites artists to venture outdoors and paint in the open air, capturing the essence of their surroundings directly on canvas. Marshallton and its outlying areas, with their picturesque landscapes, historic charm, and vibrant community, serve as the perfect backdrop for this inspiring gathering.
